Arrival at Alexandria

  • On arriving in Alexandria, your Egypt tour package will begin. At the airport, you will be met by lady Egypt representative who will assist you through customs and escort you to the hotel
  • Reach the hotel, check-in and freshen up
  • Later, leave for the Alexandria City Tour. You will visit the Catacombs of Kom el Shoqafa, an archeological site in the city and one of the Seven Wonders of the Middle Ages and Pompey’s Pillar, the largest Roman triumphal column ever built outside Roman imperial capitals
  • Have dinner at a local restaurant
  • Overnight at the hotel

Cairo - Sound and Light Show

  • After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a ride to Cairo
  • On reaching Cairo, afternoon will be free for relaxation
  • In the evening, you will go for the Sound and Light Show, a legendary performance displaying modern technologies of lighting and laser, bringing back to life the mysteries of the ancient Egyptian civilisation

Cairo - Aswan ( Nile Cruise)

  • Following breakfast, transfer to the airport to catch a morning flight to Aswan
  • After reaching Aswan, visit the Temple of Philae dedicated to Isis, a renowned figure in ancient Egyptian culture and the High Dam, a 364 feet high dam built across the Nile River in the 18th century, including a Felucca Ride
  • Afterwards, embark on a breathtaking voyage on the Nile Cruise. Also, enjoy the delicious ‘welcome aboard’ buffet lunch on board
  • Overnight stay on the cruise

Kom Ombo - Edfu - Nile Cruise

  • Post breakfast on board, you will set sail for Kom Ombo, a famous agricultural town of Egypt
  • On reaching Kom Ombo, advance towards the famed Temple of Two Gods dedicated to Sobek and Haroeris, the crocodile gods. This temple was constructed during the Roman era and is famous for its engravings
  • Board the cruise again to sail to Edfu, an Egyptian town situated on the west bank of Nile. Here, visit the well-known Edfu Temple dedicated to God Horus, represented by the falcon. One of the most beautiful Egyptian temples, it is distinguished by its splendid blend of Pharaonic and Greek architecture.
  • Get on board the Cruise and enjoy the evening sights of the Nile from the deck

Luxor - Nile Cruise

  • After breakfast on the cruise, you will leave for a tour of Luxor or “Thebes” in Ancient Egypt
  • On arriving in Luxor, visit the fascinating Temple of Karnak, an awe-inspiring cult temple of Amun and the largest holy structure ever built, and the Luxor Temple, an ancient Egyptian temple complex dating back to 1400 BCE
  • Later, board the cruise again. Overnight stay on the cruise

Day-6

Luxor - Cairo

  • Post breakfast on board, you will visit the Valley of Kings, a hidden underground mausoleum on the west bank of Nile followed by a visit to the Temple of Hatshepsut, an ancient funeral shrine dedicated to Hatshepsut and Colossi of Memnon, two 3,400 years old huge statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III
  • Afterwards, catch a flight to Cairo. In the evening, take a Night Tour to Khan El-Khalili Bazaar (optional) which is the oldest market in Egypt selling ethnic Egyptian jewellery or go souvenir shopping on your own

Day-7

Day Tour of Pyramids of Giza

  • · Following breakfast, leave for a guided tour of the west bank of Nile River
  • · Explore the three Great Pyramids Facing Giza erected by Cheops, Chephren and Mycerinus and guarded by the secretive Sphinx, a legendary statue with a body of a lion and a human head, one of the Seven Wonders of the World
  • · Also visit the Egyptian Museum housing more than 22,500 pieces including the magnificent Jewelry Room and Mask of Tutankhamun
  • · After having lunch at a local restaurant, enjoy the remaining day at leisure

Departure from Cairo

  • Today will be the last day of your Egypt tour package from India
  • After breakfast, check-out and transfer to the Cairo airport in Cairo to catch a flight back home
