Arrival in Moscow

  • Upon arrival in Moscow, your Russia holiday package will begin
  • From the airport, you will transfer to the hotel by a car/van and check-in

Moscow City Tour

  • Start your day with a wholesome buffet breakfast at the hotel
  • From 10 AM to 2 PM, you will be taken for a City Tour of Moscow including a visit to the Kremlin
  • Depart for an excursion of Moscow with stops at the most famous sights - Poklonnaya Hill, New Maiden Convent, and Vorobyovy Hills
  • Then, drive by Tverskaya Street, Manezhnaya Square, Okhotny Ryad, Bolshoi Theatre, Lubyanka Square, Savior Cathedral, the Kremlin and Kropotkinskaya Embankments, etc.
  • Your tour will conclude with a visit to the Territory and Cathedrals of Kremlin. The Kremlin has always been the centre of political life in Russia. This fortified complex stands to overlook the Moskva River and serves as the official residence of the Russian Federation’s President

Moscow - Metro and Arbat Tour

  • After a fulfilling buffet breakfast at the hotel, you will proceed for a Moscow Metro Tour with Arbat. On this tour, you will board the Moscow Metro and ride past stunning mosaics, statues, and marble floors at the stations and then explore Arbat, one of the oldest streets and the abode of craftsmen since the 15th century
  • The evening will be free to spend as you like

Moscow - Sergiev Posad - Vladimir - Suzdal

  • Have a delicious buffet breakfast at the hotel
  • At 8:30 AM, you will meet with the guide at the reception and transfer to Sergiev Posad (from Zagorsk). At about 10 AM, you will stop by Troitse-Sergieva Lavra for an excursion of the Trinity-Sergius Monastery
  • Have a 4-Course Lunch in Sergiev Posad at 12 PM following which you will transfer to Vladimir (around 1 PM)
  • On arrival in Vladimir (4 PM), you will proceed for a City Tour which will include a visit to the Assumption Cathedral (interior), the exteriors of Dmitrovsky Cathedral and the Golden Gate Cathedral, and the Museum of Crystal, Lacquer Miniatures and Embroidery
  • After the tour, you will transfer to Suzdal and have a 3-Course Dinner (8 PM)
  • Check-in and spend a comfortable night at the hotel

Suzdal - Kostroma - Yaroslavl

  • Following a buffet breakfast, you will proceed for a City Tour of Suzdal (9 AM)
  • You will visit the Kremlin (including the interiors of the Crossed Chamber), Museum of Wooden Architecture (in the season - May till September; from September till the end of April, since the museum is closed, an excursion to St Euphimiev Monastery is organised)
  • After the tour, you will transfer to Kostroma (at 11:30 AM)
  • Upon arrival in Kostroma, you will relish a 4-Course Lunch (2 PM)
  • In the afternoon, at around 3 PM, you will go for a City Tour of Kostroma including a visit to Ipatiev Monastery and Trinity Cathedral
  • After transferring to Yaroslavl, you will enjoy a 3-Course Dinner (7:30 PM)
  • Check-in and spend a comfortable night at the hotel
     
Day-6

Yaroslavl - Rostov - Moscow

  • After a sumptuous buffet breakfast, you will set out for an Excursion of Yaroslavl at around 9 AM. You will visit the Church of Ilya Prophet and depart for Rostov at 11 AM
  • After arriving in Rostov, stop by for a 4-Course Lunch (12:30 PM)
  • Then, at around 1:30 PM, you will head out for a City Tour of Rostov including a visit to the Kremlin and the Museum of Finift’ (Rostov Enamel). At 3:30 PM, you will transfer to Moscow
  • Upon arrival in Moscow (around 7:30 PM), you will have free time with the coach and the guide. Enjoy a Moscow by Night Tour
  • Afterwards, you will transfer to the railway station (10:30 PM) to board an overnight train to St Petersburg (11:30 PM; 2nd class train ticket included)
  • Spend the overnight on the train
     
Day-7

St. Petersburg City Tour

  • In the morning, around 8 AM, you will arrive in St Petersburg
  • Meet with the guide and proceed for an Excursion of St Petersburg with stops at the most famous attractions including Spit of the Basil Island, St Isaac's Cathedral, Palace Square, Сhurch of the Saviour on the Spilled Blood, and the Aurora among others. Also, you will drive by Nevsky Prospect and the Neva Embankments (entrance not included)
  • Next, you will visit the Peter and Paul Fortress and enjoy a tour of its interiors
  • Check-in and spend a comfortable night at the hotel
     
Day-8

St. Petersburg - Catherine’s Palace, Pushkin

  • Have a wholesome breakfast at the hotel
  • Later in the morning, you will depart for an Excursion to Pushkin to visit Catherine's Palace with the famous Amber Room. Founded in 1718 as the summer residence of Russian empresses, it features spectacular interiors boasting of baroque, classical and rococo styles. Visit the Amber Room exhibiting amber panels with mirror work and gold leaf. A major part of the palace was destroyed in World War II, including the Amber Room, which was later restored
  • Return to St. Petersburg and enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel
     
Day-9

Departure from St. Petersburg

  • Today will be the last day of your Russia tour package
  • After a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel, you will check-out and transfer to the airport to board your return flight
